Movement That Anchors Your Morning

Energy Check is a 45-minute morning format that follows a consistent session structure across every class. Participants move through a series of deliberate, flowing sequences designed to gently engage the whole body before the day begins.

The format stays familiar from week to week — which means less time figuring out what comes next and more time settling into the practice. Over time, this consistency builds a familiar movement baseline you can revisit each week.

Every Energy Check session follows a predictable four-part structure, keeping the experience approachable and grounding every time.

Arrival & Grounding

The first 8–10 minutes focus on slowing down from the rush of the morning and settling into the space with simple breath-aware movement.

8–10 min Low intensity

Activation Flow

A flowing sequence that progressively engages larger muscle groups and warms the body through coordinated, rhythmic movement patterns.

15–18 min Moderate

Focus Work

Targeted movement that explores balance, coordination, or specific range patterns — this block varies slightly each session.

12–15 min Variable

Closing & Settling

The final minutes bring the session to a calm close, allowing the body to settle before participants step back into their day.

5–7 min Restorative
